This video course is broken into four modules that runs just over one hour and ten minutes.
Participant Objectives:
1) Participants will identify their values, problematic experiences that get in the way of moving toward a valued life, target problematic behaviours, and develop long-term behaviour goals for positive change.
2) Participants will use the above identified categories of living to create a structured mindfulness practice oriented toward noticing the function of their behaviour.
3) Participants will gain insight into triggering events and experiences (referred to as 'hooks') that severely impact their healthy living and deter long-term behaviour change.
