I have an interest in helping people of all different backgrounds but am especially interested in supporting individuals who are healing from trauma. I have a special interest in deconstructing from religious cults, spiritual abuse, and purity culture. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.

I'm providing trauma-informed acceptance and commitment training (ACT) to individuals struggling. My focus is on helping people find their own paths to healing, by fostering self-awareness and offering support as they explore solutions that work for them.

I believe that everyone should be able to access quality services and be empowered to take control of their lives. It's personally meaningful for me to help people manage issues that naturally arise in healing trauma.
