​I work as a meditation and yoga trainer at The Zen Social Worker practice in Hamilton, Ontario. In our work together, I will introduce you to new ways of thinking about the difficulties you're struggling with by encouraging you to use mindfulness meditation and movement in a way that can offer new solutions to old problems."
